Can we have both our ceremony and reception at Solitude Links?
Yes. Solitude Links can host both the ceremony and reception on the same property.
Is there an indoor backup for the outdoor ceremony?
Yes. A coordinated indoor backup option is available when weather changes the outdoor ceremony plan.
How many guests can Solitude Links accommodate?
Solitude Links offers multiple reception spaces for weddings ranging from intimate celebrations to events of up to approximately 400 guests, depending on the room and setup.
Is lodging available on-site?
Yes. Solitude Inn on the Green gives wedding parties and guests a place to stay and gather on the property.
Does Solitude Links offer shuttle service?
Yes. Shuttle service can be coordinated for local wedding transportation, with seating for up to 20 passengers. Ask your event coordinator about current availability and pricing.
Can we schedule a private venue tour?
Yes. Use the wedding inquiry form or contact the Events team to request a tour and discuss your preferred date and guest count.
How many reception spaces does Solitude Links offer?
Solitude Links offers four reception spaces: Grande Hall for approximately 200–400 guests, Tranquility for approximately 150–200, Harmony for approximately 80–150 and Reflection for approximately 30–80.
Can we have our wedding ceremony at Solitude Links?
Yes. Solitude Links offers an outdoor waterfront ceremony setting with a gazebo and lake views, with an indoor backup option available when needed.
Can the ceremony and reception both be held on-site?
Yes. Couples can host the ceremony and reception at Solitude Links, which helps keep guests in one location and simplifies the flow of the wedding day.
Does Solitude Links provide food and beverage service?
Yes. Wedding food and beverage service is coordinated through Solitude Links so the reception meal, bar service and event timing stay connected through one venue team.
Can we bring in our own wedding cake?
Special wedding cakes may be brought in for the celebration in accordance with venue policies, while other food and beverage service is provided by Solitude Links.
Is there lodging on the property?
Yes. Solitude Inn on the Green is an on-site private event residence that can accommodate wedding parties, close family or groups for select wedding weekends.
How many people can stay at Solitude Inn on the Green?
Solitude Inn on the Green offers up to 24 individual beds in a 5,800 square foot private residence.
Can we tour the venue before booking?
Yes. Couples can schedule a private tour online to see the ceremony setting, reception rooms and overall property in person.
Do you offer virtual tours of the reception spaces?
Grande Hall and Reflection currently have Matterport virtual tours available on their individual room pages. Tranquility and Harmony can be toured in person.
How do we choose the right reception room?
Start with your estimated guest count, then compare the room size and atmosphere in person during a private tour. The event team can help match your wedding to the best space.
Can our wedding party stay on-site before or after the wedding?
Yes, subject to availability. Solitude Inn on the Green can serve as a wedding-weekend home base for the wedding party or close family.
