Outing Worksheet

Please use the form below as a worksheet for your upcoming outing. This will help you determine a price per player for all the selections you want, and will let our staff know what to expect after you click the 'Process Payment' button. Unlimited Drinks are based on 100 minimum golfers. You will not be prompted to pay at this time, nor will you be committing to a price and the options you select. This is simply a worksheet to inform and guide you through the outing process. Deposit payment will be due with a completed signed contract. We will confirm your final selections prior to your event. Food and Drink prices does not include MI Sales Tax and 20% Gratuity. This will be calculated on your contract at time of booking. 30 Golfers or less will be plated, rest will be buffet style.
