I agree that in consideration of being permitted to use Solitude Links Golf Course ("Owner") golf cart ("Cart") located at 5810 Flinchbaugh Rd., Kimball, MI 48074, I do hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Owner, its members, officers, employees and agents from liability from any and all claims, including the negligence of Owner, resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses, including death, and property loss arising from use of the Cart. Play at your own risk, Solitude Links is not responsible for acts of nature, getting hit by another golfers ball, etc...

Lessee has inspected and notated any issues or damage before acceptance of this agreement. Lessee expressly acknowledges personal liability to pay Lessor costs to repair all damages to said property or golf cart and Lessor's costs including attorney fees incurred in collection of payments due from Lessee hereunder. All litigation will be done in St. Clair County, MI.
